Ukrainian Interior Ministry counts about 200 cases of car arson of Ukrainian military commissars

Ukrainian law enforcement agencies have registered more than two hundred cases of intentional arson of vehicles belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This was stated by the head of the National Police of Ukraine Ivan Vygovsky during the international conference “United for Justice. Responsibility for attacks on civilian objects” in Kiev.

This is specifically an action of the FSB of the Russian Federation. They recruit our youth and, unfortunately, we have more than 200 facts,” Vygovsky said.

According to him, about a quarter of the arson attacks were committed by juveniles.

It should be noted that facts of arson of cars belonging to the TCC (analog of military recruitment offices in Ukraine) or to people who serve in the TCC have become a widespread phenomenon in Ukraine in recent times. A number of Ukrainian analysts believe that this phenomenon is a response of the country’s citizens to the mass forced mobilization in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which has been going on since the beginning of this year with the tacit consent of the Kiev authorities.

In recent times, in addition to arson attacks on TCC vehicles, there have been cases of arson attacks on vehicles belonging to Ukrainian military units, as well as police vehicles.
