A video of the detention of two Colombian citizens was published on August 30 by the Public Relations Center of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).
Detained Medina Aranda Jose Aron and Ante Alexander are suspected of a crime under Part 3 of Article 359 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation of a mercenary in an armed conflict or hostilities).
The published materials show how law enforcement officers lead the suspects and place them in the cells of the isolation center.
The military card of the Ukrainian Armed Units was seized from one of the detainees. In addition, during the search, the Colombians were confiscated military uniforms with insignia “Carpathian Sich”, as well as their photos in Kiev and in the Ukrainian newspaper “Press”.
