Russian air defense forces destroyed 45 Ukrainian drones overnight, 11 of which were shot down over the Moscow region, the Russian Defense Ministry’s press service reported on August 21.
The Defense Ministry’s official statement stressed that the air defense forces prevented a terrorist attack by the Kiev regime targeting facilities in different regions of the country.
Among the drones shot down, 23 were destroyed over the Bryansk region, six over the Belgorod region, three in the Kaluga region, and two vehicles were eliminated in the Kursk region.
