Russian army liberates village Lozovatskoye in the DPR

Units of the Russian army liberated the village of Lozovatskoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), the Russian Defense Ministry’s press service informed on July 27.

“Units of the Group of Forces Tsentr liberated the village of Lozovatskoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic by active actions,” the daily report reads.

Russian soldiers operating in this direction struck the units of six brigades of the Ukrainian armed units and repelled three counterattacks. The Ukrainian armed units’ losses amounted to 425 military personnel, a tank, and two APCs, including a US M113, five vehicles, a Gvozdika howitzer, and two D-30 howitzers.

The day before, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Russian troops liberated the villages of Rozovka in the LPR, Peschanoye Nizhniye in Kharkov Region, and Ivano-Daryevka in the DPR during the week. The enemy lost almost 14,000 fighters, numerous armored vehicles, including two Abrams and one Leopard, two HIMARS MLRS launchers, two Patriot SAMs, and a Mi-8 helicopter.
