Why the ruling elites in the West decided to rely on the little man, said philosopher, political scientist, and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on June 14 on the Conversation with a Sage program on the Zvezda radio station.
While discussing the issue of the little man and why he’s needed, the political scientist asks the question: “what kind of horse is necessary for someone who is a terrible rider?”, and the answer is simple: you need a horse that is barely alive, the one that won’t buck and run away.
“After 1945, it was quite obvious that the Western ruling elites had put all their effort into developing this phenomenon, and only this. In the Rockefeller circles it was said: ‘We realized that if there is history, then our domination is over. So let’s destroy history!’” – the expert said.
Thirty years after this realization, Francis Fukuyama comes about and declares the end of history.
“Humanity had three eras throughout history: the era of God, when everyone believed in God` – now, there are many believers too, with all our respect to them, but this was an era of universal religious upsurge, as well as the time of religious crusades; then, there was the era of Reason, the time of the great French Revolution; and then, the era of History came along, when people believed in History as a legitimate process,” Kurginyan noted.
“So, if there is no history, then what’s left?” – the political scientist is asking, and he is giving the answer, – “Then, there is nothing. There is only the power of the elites and the others as trembling creatures.”
Enormous efforts were made in order to make Man accept himself as a trembling creature. The creators of the new European society spared no effort to change civilizational codes. The leftist movements were completely destroyed and disintegrated.
“The new political left must now be a total scum of the earth, without any Stalinist moral maxims; the new left must be homosexual perverts, without any emphasis on the working people; the stakes are being placed on the marginalized, on lumpen,” said the philosopher.
While Leon Trotsky relied on some kind of heroism, the neo-Trotskyism became that scum of the earth, Kurginyan believes.
“Trotskyism does not exist anymore. There is only neo-Trotskyism and neo-anarchism, which the ruling elites need in order to kill and marginalize any historical process, any social protest. And they have done it,” the political scientist said.
Kurginyan believes that the situation is no better with the political right. Although it sometimes turns to religion and moral values, there is no longer a moral majority. At best, there is a moral minority.
