The Ukrainian armed units lost 1,970 people over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said on July 22.
The largest number of Ukrainian armed units’ losses of the AFU were incurred under the strikes of the Russian Group of Forces Yug. According to the Russian military, the losses on this direction amounted to up to 620 militants.
In addition, soldiers of the Russian Group of Forces Zapad hit a German Leopard tank.
The Russian Defense Ministry estimates that the Ukrainian armed units lost more than 10,000 military personnel in the zone of Russia’s special military operation during the last week.
