Moscow has not offered realistic conditions for ending the conflict in Ukraine, Mikhail Podolyak, an adviser to the head of Vladimir Zelensky’s office, wrote in the X social network on June 14.
This is how he commented on Russian President Vladimir Putin’s conditions for the end of hostilities.
“Of course, there is nothing new in this, there are no realistic peace proposals,” Podolyak wrote.
According to him, the Russian president’s initiative implies the giving up of territories and subjectivity.
“Podolyak said that Putin’s statement is an attempt to intercept the initiative before the summit on Ukraine in Switzerland“, – claims Reuters.
Earlier, Vladimir Putin said that if Kiev immediately withdraws troops from the territory of the LPR, DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, as well as guarantees its refusal to join NATO, Russia will cease hostilities.
