Vladimir Zelensky personally called the leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries asking them to come to the summit on Ukraine in Switzerland, the deputy head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Mikhail Galuzin said on 4 June, TASS wrote.
“Heavy artillery was used: Zelensky and his Western ‘friends’ started personally calling and begging the leaders of the Commonwealth states to take part in this ‘meeting’,” he said.
The diplomat noted that all CIS leaders were left unmoved by Zelensky’s entreaties to come to the summit in Switzerland.
