An international network helped to plan and implement the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, the head of Rosfinmonitoring Yuri Chikhanchin said on April 24 at the International Scientific and Practical Forum Current issues of combating money laundering and financing of terrorism.
Chikhanchin called the terrorist attack monstrous and directed against innocent civilians. An international network was used for its realization, he said.
On April 11, two militants were blocked in a garden community in the suburbs of Nalchik. They responded to the offer to surrender with fire. Police officers eliminated the criminals.
According to law enforcement agencies, the militants were planning terrorist attacks on the territory of the republic. The militants were part of an international terrorist organization.
