The part of the Russian elite that betrayed its Motherland is doomed to follow behind the Western military machine and to the dishonor that comes with it, the leader of the Essence of Time movement, philosopher and political scientist Sergey Kurginyan said on March 16 on the Right to Know program on channel TVC.
Part of the Russian elite fled from Russia after the Special Military Operation began. This part expected that it would become part of the Western elite as its most aggressive wing, actually the driver of the anti-Russian propaganda.
The host of the show Natalia Oss asked about the future of the elite groups that betrayed their Motherland at a critical moment.
Sergey Kurginyan answered that the collaborators will have no place to return, because “the enemy will not betray us,” i.e. the US will not give up its confrontation with Russia, and the role of the collaborators will steadily decline.
“The US will not betray us. They [the collaborators] will have no place to return. And they will be a decaying factor both there and here. This is what happens to everyone who dared to play the collaborationist game,” Kurginyan said.
Kurginyan referred to the example of a known conversation that once took place between Krasnov and Denikin, in which Denikin called Krasnov a German prostitute, and Krasnov agreed with that with a reservation that the entire Denikin’s group were pimps sustained by this prostitute.
“As soon as they dared, out of despair and lack of belief in their capability to control the people and be with the people, to become collaborators, they lost everything. As Dostoevsky’s hero said, ‘It is you that murdered her.’ And the one to whom this was addressed said, ‘I murdered not the old woman but myself.’ From the moment when they became collaborators they murdered themselves, shot themselves dead,” Kurginyan said.
“We have to withstand a long battle, and they [the collaborators] have no place in this battle, they do not want to be part of it, and they can not. They will be waiters, servants to this Western machine, keeping behind it. Well, that is where they belong. This is their ultimate dishonor, and the Russian people are not as unscrupulous as they may seem. This is something they do not forgive,” Kurginyan concluded.
