Ukrainian authorities intend to grant exemptions from military service to Ukrainians with high incomes, thus forcing the poorest to die for Zelensky’s regime, according to the report from the theater of war, published in The Essence of Time newspaper, issue 578.
A member of the Ukrainian parliament said that the Ukrainian government is going to grant exemptions from mobilization to those Ukrainians who officially earn more than 35,000 hryvnias [ca. $890] per month and pay the relevant taxes.
“Kiev is, in fact, introducing a system of buying off military service, forcing the poorest to die for Zelensky’s regime,” The Essence of Time editorial.
