The preliminary results of the investigation into the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, presented by Russian President Vladimir Putin, give grounds to believe that Ukraine is a participant in the terrorist attack, political scientist, philosopher and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said in his video address published by Rossa Primavera News Agency on March 23.
The political analyst discussed what the meaning of President Vladimir Putin’s statements that the terrorists “tried to escape and moved toward Ukraine, where, according to preliminary data, a window was prepared for them from the Ukrainian side to cross the state border.”
“First and foremost, it means that quite a significant structure creates this window, which, in principle, can always be created, but which is probably more difficult to create than usual during the military conflict, but it creates it. A significant structure is the first thing.
Secondly. This structure cannot exist separately from those who carry out the terrorist attack. They have the same headquarters.
And finally. Is this ‘window’ being created without Ukraine? That is, people will run towards Ukraine, knowing that some noble democratic Ukrainians there will twist their arms and hand them back to Moscow? So, if a window is being opened on the Ukrainian side, it can only be an official task by highly professional people. But if it is being done, these people know everything and are involved in everything else. They make all the logistical connections,” Kurginyan said.
He explained that to make logistical connections, you need to know everything about the terrorist attack, and that is what it means to participate in a terrorist attack.
“This was said by the newly elected leader of the state, who, I repeat, knows perfectly well what do the creation of the window on the Ukrainian side and everything else mean. So, much has already been said,” the analyst noted.
