Several United States agencies were involved in the biological programs deployed on the territory of Ukraine and carried out the Pentagon’s order to develop biological weapons. Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, Commander of the Russian NBC Protection Troops, said this at a briefing on January 15.
Kirillov stressed that many of the US government and scientific institutions, which are the Pentagon’s contractors for the development of biological weapons, are currently participating in the so-called “Biological Threat Reduction Program”. This program is conducted in Ukraine by DITRA, the military threat reduction agency of the US Department of Defense.
“Among them are universities in Texas, Florida, Arizona and others,” Kirillov specified.
He also added that the main areas of US biological research remained the same. These are pathogens of tularemia, anthrax, and tick-borne infections.
