German political analyst explains the West’s hatred of Russia

21.12.2023, Berlin.

The West hates Russia because it judges Russia’s intentions by its own aspirations and plans, German publicist Rüdiger Rauls wrote on his blog Politische Analyse on December 20.

He noted that after the failure of the Ukrainian counteroffensive, the West began to declare the need to prevent Russia from winning, as it would allegedly move on.

“Because the warmongers in the West can’t imagine anything else, they believe that Russia, following their example, will ruthlessly pursue its advantage over mountains of corpses of other nations. The West knows no other way,” Rauls wrote.

The publicist recalled that not so long ago, Europe, blinded by its own propaganda about its superiority, declared plans to dismember and enslave Russia. Now, those who said such things are afraid that Russia will do the same to them.

“Now the political West is in full panic over the fact that the underestimated and ridiculed Russians have turned out to be so strong that they can resist the concentrated military might of the West,” the political analyst added.

Rauls compared the panic statements in the West to the slogan “The Russians are coming!” which was spred in Nazi Germany at the end of World War II. He recalled that the Russians would not have come to Germany in those years if the Germans had not first attacked Russia in an attempt to destroy it. According to him, this was forgotten in Germany under the pressure of propaganda.

As Rossa Primavera News Agency wrote earlier, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on December 14 on the program Conversation with a Sage on the Zvezda radio channel that the West has begun to subject all Russians to unprecedented discrimination. He stressed that the demonization of the Russians has already begun to be legally formalized.
