There are a number of reasons why the Ukrainian conflict is good for the US, the leader of the Essence of Time movement, political scientist and philosopher Sergey Kurginyan said on December 1 on the program Conversation with a Sage in the Zvezda radio station.
He stressed that the US today really needs conflicts as we can see from what it is doing. The political scientist reminded about a recent meeting between the leader of the PRC Xi Jinping and the US President Joe Biden. “Did it ease the conflict with China in any way? No,” Kurginyan stressed.
The political scientist noted that the US does not reject the policy of condemning authoritarian countries either.
As for the Arab-Israeli conflict, he said that the US “itself escalates this conflict, so I am sure that the entire affair with HAMAS was a way for the US to let the beast off the leash to pit it against Israel with very far-reaching goals.”
Kurginyan noted that the conflicts are escalating in full swing because the US wants to restrain China rushing towards the number one position on the globe, “and long with the ‘number one position on the globe’ towards a dominance that is not good for the US.”
“And suddenly the Russians turned out to be the best target to wage a proxy war against. Just a perfect scenario!” the political scientist said.
“Firstly, these are the Russians, they are always hated, and I could make a special broadcast to explain how exactly they hate the Russians in the West. Secondly, they have given a reason to hate them. Thirdly, if Ukraine or a part of it reunites with the Russian Federation it will make the Russian world an empire again, but there must not be any empire,” Kurginyan listed the reasons why the conflict between Russia and Ukraine is good for the US.
He reminded that, according to US politician Zbigniew Brzezinski’s school, the existence of a Russian empire is a catastrophe for the West. The conflict in Ukraine also allows the US to suppress Germany and Europe, which Washington really needs. Another reason for the conflict for the US is to make a site where to deal with China, Kurginyan noted.
“Is this bad for them in any way?” the political scientist wondered.
The Ukrainian authorities, according to Kurginyan, are ready to sacrifice millions of their people, they have enough cannon fodder. The Western military corporations profit from arms supplies. “They do not lose their own people. Their defense industry earns money,” he described the attractiveness of the conflict in Ukraine for the Western elites.
Also, this confrontation is a way to restore the ideologeme of a conflict between democracy and its enemy, Kurginyan noted.
