Inside everything that is taking place now, there is a fundamental antagonistic conflict between the USA and China, the leader of the Essence of Time movement, philosopher and political scientist Sergey Kurginyan said on November 17 on the program Conversation with a Sage on the Zvezda radio station.
The current conflict between the USA and China is similar to that between Germany and the UK in the World War One period, the political scientist explained.
“They sit there humming and roaring, and they look at each other as irreconcilable enemies who understand that their national interest is the other side’s death. Meanwhile, they will be saying, ‘We have to leave together under one roof in this world,’” Kurginyan said about the relations between the USA and China.
According to Kurginyan, when the situation with Russia was most complicated, we had two things to hope for. One hope was that the US was not insane enough to mobilize in full its Islamist agents in the Russian Federation, the leader of the Essence of Time movement told.
“Dagestan was a concern because ‘what if they have gone that insane?’” Sergey Kurginyan explained his concern about Russia’s fate during the situation in the North Caucasus.
The political scientist also pointed out the other Russia’s hope.
“The US will never agree to give the eastern part of Russia to China, because it knows that this would tremendously strengthen China, and then the US is dead.”
He suggested that this viewpoint should be used to look at the relations between the USA and China.
“Therefore, the idea of the US policy today is to pull China back and restrict it. And there is nothing that China would hate more than that. Globalization is a way for China to win, while segmentation of markets means problems to China,” the philosopher concluded.
