The US is changing the rules of the game because it cannot win in the world it has built itself, the leader of the Essence of Time movement, philosopher and political scientist Sergey Kurginyan said on November 17 on the program Conversation with a Sage on the Zvezda radio station.
The USA expected that it would build a world of its unrestricted domination based on open global market and free competition, Sergey Kurginyan told. However, the USA failed in its competition with China within this world model.
The political scientist explained that this model initially offered the USA a hope to believe that it will be able to keep its global domination.
“There were reasons to believe in that. But then it turned out to be not true,” Sergey Kurginyan explained.
The political scientist explained that the USA began to economically lose against China because the goods made in the USA cannot compete with Chinese ones.
Even in joint ventures, Chinese business earns too much due too its cheap labor. Also, Chinese investments of the earned money are also more efficient than the USA’s.
Besides, China takes advantage of its centralization and efficient planned economy, which faces furious disagreement among the Russian liberal intelligentsia, and it makes China competitive giving it an economic advantage over the USA.
The political scientist noted that China perfectly combines planned economy with elements of market economy.
“It is market-oriented in its functioning but planned in its development. And it has always been this way: strategy should not have been market-oriented, while everyday life should not have been planned. This was a mistake we made, and it is long overdue to be recognized,” Sergey Kurginyan indicated.
When the USA realized that it was losing its global domination to China it made an attempt to change the rules of the game for its own benefit, first through local conflicts and then through partial isolation of its market.
“It began to bomb something, be it Yugoslavia or Libya or elsewhere, in an attempt to create a sort of a hybrid combining free market with bombing, but it failed again,” the philosopher told.
After that the USA began to partially isolate its market from China hoping to confine it, but this approach failed either.
“The Chinese market turned out to be a great thing for many US billionaires, because it is very powerful,” the political scientist explained.
However, the USA cannot give up its global domination, and it is still searching for a way to keep it.
“What can they do now? They need to keep their domination somehow. They have a huge debt. Will they make a default? If the do so, they will lose their right to have the number one currency on the globe. What will they do? Will they increase the debt? Well, Biden is there until the elections, and maybe he will raise the debt by another two or three billion, and what then?” the philosopher wondered.
All these factors together do not allow the USA to win within the global rules as it hoped to win. Having realized that its strategy is failing, the United States began to discuss a New World Disorder.
The USA is escalating this “new world disorder” hoping to thus keep its domination as a spot of order, Sergey Kurginyan explained.
The philosopher indicated that Russia needs to become a powerful country and “to understand that it is not international conference, not empty talks, not milder or tougher rhetoric that determines the type of the world, but it is fundamental strategic interests of those who use any sweet words to hide only one thing, their pursuit of domination, of victory, of ruining everything for the sake of their self-empowerment!”
Russia will not be able to stay away from this situation. Our country has to get prepared for the coming hardships, Sergey Kurginyan noted.
“For too long we hoped for a different world in which we would get away with it, in which ‘this cup will pass from us.’ It will not pass! We have to drink the cup of this reality to make us stronger and even happier beyond our exhausted illusions,” the political scientist concluded.
