Russia stops being a “gas station,” President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with members of the Russian Public Chamber on November 3.
“They once told, pointing fingers at us, that we are a gas station, not an economy,” Putin said.
He added that now everything is changing, and Russia is becoming self-sufficient.
He noted that now we are turning into a country with a process industry.
