The Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China are united in the formation of a multipolar world, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on September 20 during a meeting with Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Foreign Minister of the People’s Republic of China.
According to Putin, this was confirmed during CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping’s recent visit to Russia.
Putin said the visit “gave a good impetus to the development of bilateral ties.” The Russian president said that Russia and China, as far as international affairs are concerned, speak with one voice in forming a multipolar world, not a world based on some rules “which no one has seen, which change every day according to the will of those who came up with this ridiculous formula.”
