The USA is ready to supplement Ukraine’s budget so that the war with Russia continues forever, philosopher, political scientist and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on August 11 in the Conversation with a Sage program on the Zvezda radio station.
Sergey Kurginyan noted that there is still part of the ruling elite in the USA, which is not going to give up world power.
The analyst suggested paying attention to the article by the very well-known American research organization RAND Corporation – “The War in Ukraine—Whose Quagmire?” published on July 11.
According to Sergey Kurginyan, “despite all the huge metamorphoses in the US analytical community, despite the emergence of all those structures with a great deal of wackiness, postmodernist and so on” the RAND Corporation “trims its sails and knows what is happening.”
The political scientist noted that this article introduces a new term “forever war”, which is a variation on what he previously called “positional war, a war of attrition.”
“The war between Russia and Ukraine is called forever war,” Sergey Kurginyan explained.
The analyst is sure that if the core of the US elite still retains the goal of preserving world domination and if this core calls the war in Ukraine forever war and speaks directly about it, it means that the US has a concrete plan for this conflict.
“What it knows for sure is that it [the USA] has millions of Ukrainians that they can use as cannon fodder. That they have roughly calculated how much they can spend per year. That it is somehow ready to fully pay for this vanished state of Ukraine: to form its budget from scratch. It will rob what remains there at the same time, but will keep it afloat, will give it weapons and will use it [Ukraine] to wage a war, positional war, war of attrition or forever war,” explained Sergey Kurginyan.
The political scientist emphasized that the United States has the idea of this war, and most of all it is afraid to spend their population on it. “The population is used to comfort – if you start spending it, it will oppose, the stability is unknown, and in general why to do such thing, if there are those who want to,” he explained.
“And it [the USA] openly says that Ukraine is fighting for it for hire. It is a large foreign legion that is ready to fight. A private army to the extent of an entire nation. ‘Here we got it, it’s ready. And here we are going to fight using it’,” Kurginyan concluded.”
