Missile units of the Russian Army Group “Yug” destroyed three enemy railcars with munitions and equipment, Vadim Astafiev, head of the Army Group press center, told RIA Novosti on August 21.
“The Mezhevaya unloading station in the Avdeevka direction was struck, three railcars with ammunition and ten units of transporting vehicles were destroyed,” he said.
Astafiev also said that many Ukrainian servicemen were killed in the missile strike. In addition, the Tornado-S MLRS hit the location where enemy manpower was amassed and the firepower of the motorized infantry battalion near Novodmitrivka.
As Rossa Primavera News Agency informed earlier, Chechen leader Kadyrov said that UAV operators had spotted an accumulation of enemy forces in the Orekhovsky direction in the Zaporozhye region.
