Ukrainian troops shelled the Kievskiy district of Donetsk using Western large-caliber artillery systems. A representative of the Donetsk People’s Republic to the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination of the Issues related to the Ukrainian War Crimes (JCCC) informed on August 14.
“There is information that the Ukrainian armed units opened artillery fire along the direction: 08:30 a.m. – village Galitsynovka – Donetsk city (Kievskiy district): 3 155mm rounds were fired,” the statement reads.
Ukrainian nationalists began shelling Donetsk before 6 a.m. today. At the same time, the Ukrainian armed units used cluster munitions, which the USA began supplying to Kiev last month, when shelling the city.
