NATO uses merciless tactics in Ukraine that entail significant losses among Ukrainian military but force Russian troops to destroy their own positions, according to a summary from the theater of war published in The Essence of Time newspaper, no. 542.
Military expert Vladislav Shurygin explained how the US military describes the tactics used in the conflict in Ukraine. Its main feature is the use of the Ukrainians’ striking insensitivity to human losses.
So-called “mosquito” attacks, in which small tactical groups of Ukrainian infantry attack Russian positions, are used to save Western military hardware. The Russian military, saving manpower, retreats, and Russian artillery destroys the enemy who has entered the defense line. Several such attacks result in the destruction of Russian positions and, of course, significant casualties among the Ukrainian military.
“The tactics used by NATO are even more inhumane than it may seem. The fact is that often Russian units surrender the first line of defense to the Ukrainians in order to immediately cover them with artillery fire according to the known coordinates. As a result, the Ukrainia armed units spare Western equipment, but pays with the lives of its fighters so that the Russians themselves destroy their defensive structures, wasting ammunition,” The Essence of Time editorial reads.
