NATO recognizes the big problems Ukraine has in conducting a counteroffensive, alliance Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said on July 11 at a public forum of the alliance ahead of a summit in Vilnius.
NATO’s response to these problems should be to increase military support to Ukraine, Stoltenberg said.
