The West has long ignored the protests of the Russian government; well-planned actions on the part of Russia are required to contain it, according to a summary from the theater of war published in The Essence of Time newspaper, no. 540.
In late June, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Russia strongly protested to the West over its plans to send F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine that can carry nuclear charges.
“The West has long ignored the protests and warnings of Russian government. What is needed are actions that are well elaborated and not half-hearted,” The Essence of Time editorial reads.
