The Ukrainian armed units attacked Novaya Kakhovka with kamikaze drones, wounding three civilians, the operational headquarters of the urban district reported on June 20.
Earlier on the night of June 18, Ukrainian armed units launched massive strikes on towns and villages in the Kherson region. The village of Partizany was hit, presumably by two Storm Shadow rockets, one of which was shot down. Also, Novaya Kakhovka, Kakhovka, Vasilyevka, and Tavriysk were attacked.
The upper part of the Kakhovskaya HPP in Kherson region was destroyed by shelling, the reservoir dam was not damaged.
The Ukrainian armed units also attempted to attack Zaporozhye NPP. On August 28, Russian air defense systems shot down a kamikaze drone that attacked the spent nuclear fuel storage facility at the Zaporozhye NPP. At the same time, residential areas of the city of Energodar came under artillery fire, and there were casualties.
