The US chose “the new world disorder” as its new strategy, and it throws other countries into chaos to stay afloat, said philosopher and political scientist, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on April 6 on the program Conversation with a Sage on the Zvezda radio station.
Kurginyan noted that previously the British imperialism claimed it was planing to develop the peoples it was colonizing (the Indians, the Africans etc.). British writer Rudyard Kipling wrote about this, “Take up the White Man’s burden – In patience to abide.” This justifies colonialism through the development of the colonized peoples. Now, however, the political scientist stressed, this concept has been canceled.
Ordinary people already call democracy that the West promotes disorder and chaos, although this was certainly not the case in the beginning, the philosopher explained. A crisis of democracy has come. Democracy cannot exist without civic society.
“We could discuss until morning what civil society is. What is important is that we have none. There cannot be a civil society in a consumerist one, this is clear. Therefore, all democracy is gone. This is a crisis of democracy, and it is widely discussed,” Sergey Kurginyan explained.
Kurginyan reminded that in the United States under Bush they talked about a “new world order.” He added that this term “sent a chill down one’s spine” as it was “strongly reminiscent of Hitler’s new order.” But now the USA has taken an even gloomier strategy.
“Then they said New World Disorder, i.e. chaos. They spread chaos abroad to stay afloat,” the leader of Essence of Time explained.
Kurginyan indicated that the USA uses terrorists and Islamists to accomplish its plans. To make chaos, it uses forces that rejected development and seek archaization.
“Are they against Modernity? Perfect, they are our new friends. Bin Laden is our friend. He needs a caliphate, he does not need development – great. The Salaphites do not need development – wonderful! Any sort of negritude or archaizationists do not need development – perfect! All archaizationists are our friends,” the political scientist described the logic the United States follows today.
According to this new logic, all the nations must partition to tribes, and any sources of development must be destroyed, the analyst explained. The USA declares an enemy anyone who opposes this process.
“Those who stand up to resist must be declared authoritarian powers, which are the main enemies. According to this doctrine, development is the enemy and chaos is the friend,” Sergey Kurginyan concluded.
