Air National Guardsman who was detained for publishing classified documents could have been framed by making a “scapegoat” out of him. Yuri Rogulev, director of the US Studies Foundation at Moscow State University, said this on April 14, according to RIA Novosti.
“I have a feeling that they have found a ‘scapegoat’ and that this ‘scapegoat’ will now be convicted. There is a possibility that he could have framed him and used him in their own interests: just compare the levels of a 21-year-old National Guardsman and the classified of the General Staff and the Pentagon?” Rogulev comments on the situation.
The access of such a young serviceman to classified documents looks strange, and there is no hurry to jump to conclusions, noted the director of the Fund.
Also, according to the expert, it is impossible for documents from the NSA or the CIA to appear in the National Guard, quote, “It is excluded.”
In early April, classified US military documents dating from early March appeared in social networks. They contained information about the state of the Kiev regime’s armed units and their military plans.
On 13 April, the US media reported that 21-year-old Massachusetts Air National Guardsman Jack Douglas Teixeira had been detained.
