The United States resumed the construction of biolaboratories and training of Ukrainian specialists in Ukraine, the Russian Defense Ministry said on April 7.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported that US aid to Ukraine alone has reached $35 billion since the start of Russia’s special operation, and may exceed these figures. In addition, the USA allowed Ukraine to launch strikes on new regions of Russia.
