It is not clear how the personnel and technology can be restored without changing the ideology under which these resources have been purposefully destroyed for decades, says the summary from the war theater of the Essence of Time newspaper.
The newspaper quotes Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, who at the speech in the State Duma called machine tool industry the most important industrial field in Russia. He listed the support measures for this industry.
Mishustin spoke about the possibility of allocating subsidies to enterprises and discounts for buyers of domestic machine tools. He mentioned that this would help to stimulate the demand.
In addition, Russia is developing a program for the development of means of production, the prime minister stressed.
“These are all good and right words, but apart from money (subsidies) we need more human resources and technology. And it is them that have been purposefully destroyed for more than 30 years.
And how can all this be restored in the shortest possible time without changing the ideology?” – says an editorial in the Essence of Time newspaper.
