In modern warfare, the most important thing is not shells, but the ability to receive information promptly, according to reports from the war theater in the Essence of Time newspaper.
The newspaper cites data from the Octagon resource on agreements made between the leaders of Russia and China. Citing its sources, the newspaper said that they discussed issues of collective security, as well as cooperation between the intelligence services of the two countries. This includes cyber security issues.
Agreements were also reached on industrial and energy projects.
They also discussed the idea of uniting Chinese and Russian satellite constellations. This could have a significant impact on the special operation.
“Military analysts are convinced that the most important thing at the front now is not shells, but uninterrupted secure communications, instant information exchange and the ability to receive high-resolution images from space in real time,” according to an editorial in the Essence of Time newspaper.
