By making a military camp out of Ukraine and continuously supplying it with weapons, NATO member-states have become parties to the conflict. The secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolay Patrushev said this on March 27, the Rossiyskaya Gazeta newspaper wrote.
“In fact, NATO countries are a party to the conflict,” Patrushev said. According to him, this follows from what the West is doing in Ukraine – supplying weapons, training militants, providing satellite intelligence.
Western mercenaries are also fighting in the ranks of nationalist units, Patrushev added. In his opinion, the West is determined to prolong the conflict until Russia is completely defeated and dismembered.
