The US biolaboratories in Ukraine were in fact NATO military facilities, said Irina Yarovaya, vice speaker of the Russian State Duma, the press service of the lower house of the Federal Assembly informed on March 21.
“Our investigation has fully confirmed that it was USA and NATO military facilities in Ukraine under the guise of biolaboratories,” said Yarovaya, who is a member of the commission investigating the activities of biolaboratories in Ukraine.
She stressed that Washington acted against all international agreements. According to her, deployment of military bases on the territory of a sovereign state required serious grounds and control.
The deputy added that the USA has about 400 dual-use laboratories. The results of their work allow Washington not only to trigger epidemics, but also to manage their spread.
Earlier, the Federation Council and the State Duma of the Russian Federation called on lawmakers of other countries to seek the truth about the activities of US biolaboratories abroad, as well as to demand from the US Congress data on such centers.
