The decision to replenish the European Peace Facility by €2 billion in 2023 will probably be taken at the summit of the European Union foreign ministers scheduled for December 12, a source at the EU External Action Service told a briefing in Brussels.
A representative of the European foreign service said that ministers will discuss a €2 billion spending for the European Peace Facility. This means an additional increase in funding military purchases for Ukraine.
The so-called European Peace Facility is a body providing military and technical assistance to other countries of the European Union. The main recipient of the European Peace Facility in 2022 was the neo-Nazi regime in Kiev.
