Medical institutions in the Lugansk People’s Republic have switched to treating patients according to Russian treatment protocols, the republic’s Health Minister Natalia Pashchenko said on December 4, TASS news agency reported.
“We have already completely switched to Russian Federation medical care protocols,” Pashchenko said.
According to her, the Russian Health Ministry is constantly assisting the LPR in “joining” Russian standards of treatment.
Also Paschenko noted that the integration of the republic’s health care system into the all-Russian system is gradually taking place. According to her, the process is gradual and painless for doctors and patients.
According to her, the level of medical care in the LPR is fully consistent with Russian standards. For the past eight years medical workers of the republic have been trained in Russia.
