The employees of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) mission in Donbass performed fire adjustment for the Ukrainian armed units during the shelling of Lugansk and Donetsk, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told journalists on December 1.
“The facts of the participation of supposedly neutral OSCE observers in the adjustment of fire on the positions of the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics have been revealed,” he said.
At the same time, OSCE observers were transmitting intelligence and video from surveillance cameras to the Ukrainian nationalists.
Lavrov noted that the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine repeatedly and flagrantly violated its mandate to reduce tension and strengthen peace in Ukraine. In fact, the organization has cooperated with Western special services and Ukraine’s national battalions.
