The US and British special services are recruiting international terrorists for sending them to Ukraine to take part in military actions against Russia, Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev said at the meeting of CIS security council secretaries on November 3.
“In the conditions of a special military operation, the US and British special services are recruiting members of international terrorist organizations in order to transfer them to Ukraine and to take part in hostilities on the Kiev regime side,” Patrushev said.
Patrushev also said earlier that a terrorist attack was prevented at the Zaporozhie nuclear power plant.
On November 3 military expert Aleksey Leonkov said that servicemen from abroad were taking part in combat operations on the territory of Ukraine under the guise of private individuals.
