Only a new fascism, which replaces the slogan “God with us” with “Satan with us,” can ensure the domination of the West, said philosopher, political scientist and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on May 12 on the Dialogues program on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio.
The political scientist referenced the project of Modernity that the West had been building for more than five centuries. According to Kurginyan, this project included “certain parameters of development, such as powerful state, national unity based on cultural, political, linguistic grounds, and, as the French said, ‘reverence before France.’” Now the West has realized, the expert believes, that the previous formula of Modernity, which implies common development, cannot ensure Western domination.
According to the philosopher, the conflict between Modernity and the idea of domination was revealed during talks between the leaders of the USA and the UK, Franklin Roosevelt and Winston Churchill, on the outcome of World War II. “It already became clear when Roosevelt wiped his feet on Churchill. Churchill never forgave him that. But the fact that Churchill hated him [Roosevelt], that he begged him on his knees not to make India a sovereign state, and that Roosevelt demanded that India and China should become such states, made it clear even then that the entire model needed to change,” Kurginyan said.
A transition to a new project, which would ensure West’s domination, could only become possible after the Soviet Union was destroyed. The USSR was “a rock on the rails of the global progress, which had to be removed for the train to keep moving,” the political scientist noted.
A new project would cancel history and Christianity as a historical religion. “The Christians await the Messiah. They have a feeling that history must end with certain grace. This must not be. Fukuyama said that this must not take place,” Kurginyan indicated. He added that humanism has also been “crushed.”
A new model of the Western domination is, according to the expert, “fascism, a very special one, without any reference to ‘Gott mit uns.’ ‘Not God with us, but Satan with us.’” According to Kurginyan, the new model was created by the post-modernists. He stressed that postmodernism is not “one of the small branches on the tree of the European thought,” but a “putrid thing” cultivated to establish a new, “special” fascism where the previously declared God for replaced with Devil.
“This must be a sort of a dark kingdom, something like Atlantis, but not according to Bacon, but a different one. It must be a sort of a dark world, which will be eventually almost destroyed. What will remain and keep moving there… Up to the ultimate model of domination,” the expert described this new fascism.
The political scientist expressed confidence that the West would never accept Russia’s victory in the special operation in Ukraine. He warned that “an unprecedented dirty trick” can take place in the event of victorious advance of the Russian army to Kiev.
“Gott mit uns” in German means “God with us.” This slogan was used on the buckles of the German Wehrmacht during World War II.
