Before our eyes, the West has turned into a pervert and it is acting against humanity, said political scientist, philosopher, and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on April 12 in an interview with Anna Shafran on Komsomolskaya Pravda radio.
“Now it turns out that we are good, and the West is bad. But this is not the issue, nor is it hegemony. Hegemony has always existed. What, in the era of colonial India or Africa, was there no hegemony?” – asked Kurginyan.
“The issue is that the West is truly becoming a pervert and acting against humanity right before our eyes. Isn’t it what we see,” said Kurginyan. He recalled that the West had proclaimed the end of history, the end of “humanity” as a project. “And do we want to live in a world where the project called ‘humanity’ is over?” – rises a question Kurginyan.
In the West, they proclaimed that Beethoven’s essence in a human being should be thrown away, just like in Thomas Mann’s novel where the fascist protagonist dreamed about the destruction of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, recalled the political scientist.
“Right before our eyes, they are truly creating this perverse subculture,” said Kurginyan.
Back in the 1950s, in the US, people would be castigated for homosexuality, recalled the expert. But 20 years later, the situation has changed dramatically.
“20 years have passed, and those who were imprisoned then are prepared to inprison the others. How could it be? How could this happen by itself in 20 years? So, someone is working on it? But if someone is working on this, then it won’t stop,” said Kurginyan.
“And how about the witches and their parade at the Cybele Fountain in Barcelona … Don’t we understand that the darkness is coming? And not over Yershalaim, as in the Mikhail Bulgakov’s novel, but over the entire world, and this darkness is really gaining power as a subject, ” warns the philosopher.
