The Ukrainian Nazis are preparing provocations using poisonous chemical substances in certain Ukrainian villages in order to blame the Russian military for the incident, this is done with the support of the US leadership and several European Union countries, Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev, the head of the Russian National Defense Control Center, said at a briefing on March 19.
“In the village of Kotlyarovo in the Nikolaev region, militants of nationalist battalions are preparing provocations using poisonous chemical substances. For this purpose, tanks with toxic chemicals have already been delivered to the local elementary school building, which are planned to be detonated when the units of Russian troops approach,” the general added.
Russia’s representatives want to warn the entire civilized world in advance of the cynical provocations prepared by the Ukrainian authorities, and if they are carried out, they will blame the Russian military, as they have done so many times, Mizintsev stressed.
“All this is being done with the direct support of the US leadership and a number of European Union countries, which view Ukraine as an instrument of anti-Russian policy,” the general said.
Russia launched a special operation in Ukraine on February 24. President Vladimir Putin defined its goal as “protecting people who have been subjected to persecution, genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years.”
According to a statement from the Russian Defense Ministry, the Armed Forces are only carrying out spot strikes against military infrastructure and Ukrainian troops. With the support of the Russian Armed Forces, the DPR and LPR groups are expanding their offensive, but there is no talk of occupying Ukraine, the Russian president stressed.
