The storming of the Capitol was a provocation against Donald Trump’s supporters, said political scientist, analyst and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan in an interview to the Donetsk Union Radio on January 21.
The analyst compared the storming of the Capitol to the provocative and useless storming of the Ostankino Television Center in 1993, when supporters of the Russian Supreme Soviet [as the parliament was called under the old constitution – translator’s note] were manipulated by their opponents, to distract them from effectively opposing Boris Eltsin’s unconstitutional actions.
Kurginyan said, “Vast masses near the Capitol could have changed something for Biden’s election. This incident [the storming of the Capitol — Rossa Primavera News Agency] provoked very undesirable effects for Trump’s conservative America; but on the other hand, it launched the most unexpected processes in the US.”
The political scientist explained that the US ruling elite became very anxious when it found out about the organization of groups among the military in support of Trump. These groups no longer say that they are going to somehow influence the elections, they believe that their right to vote has been stolen and now it is time to act by another means.
“It means that there will be new para-military structures, like the Proud Boys [Trump supporters] or “Non-Proud Boys”. Given the fact that BLM [Trump’s opponents] will not disappear, the US will witness clashes between such groups for a long period of time,” concluded Sergey Kurginyan.
It is to be noted that the 2020 US presidential elections were compromised by numerous facts of fraud, the evidence of which was published by Donald Trump’s supporters. However, the US Supreme Court refused to consider Trump’s demands to investigate the fraud.
At the same time, the US liberal media and social networks were blocking and distorting information that Trump tried to convey to his voters.
