The West has been letting Ukraine to rewrite the history and to ignore judgments made by the Nuremberg Tribunal for the last 20 years, the Russian Foreign Ministry press service reports on January 5 on its Facebook page.
According to the Ministry, the support of neo-Nazism at the government level in Ukraine is a serious threat to the entire international community.
The Ministry reminded about atrocities committed by so-called heroes of the national liberation movement in Ukraine in the 1940-1950’s, in particular about the massacres of civilians, reprisals against guerrillas in Belarus and Ukraine, close cooperation between them and Nazis.
On January 1, Kiev witnessed a torchlight procession dedicated to the 111th anniversary of Stepan Bandera’s birthday.
Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov condemned the actions of Kiev and qualified them as a coven.
