The Great October Socialist Revolution was left-conservative in nature, said the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on November 7 during his speech at the rally dedicated to the 102nd anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution, reports the correspondent of the Rossa Primavera News Agency.
Kurginyan reminded that the October Revolution was anti-Bourgeois, and on this basis it united the lower classes of the society with the patriotic nobility. This revolution, he said, “took the highest values of the previous society and passed them on to the people. It was a left–conservative revolution!”
The left-conservative nature of the revolution, which warmed the world a hundred years ago, is still relevant today, because it is the only response to “pseudo-leftism and the forces of darkness,” as well as to the challenge of a “loveless society“.
“A society without love is a society without God for a religious person, and a society of total alienation for a secular person. It is, of course, a society of spiritual death, of which Marx warned. Therefore, what we are saying today is supremely justified in relation to the new threats and priorities within Marxism,” explained the leader of the Essence of Time movement.
Kurginyan believes that the cold of lovelessness and alienation will generate monsters that are more terrible than Hitler.
“Hatred will come after lovelessness. Man will not remain loveless for a long; he will not sit there sterilized. He will displace everything into the subconscious, and then out of there the madness of such Nazi hatred will emerge, in relation to which Hitler will seem not as terrible as what will take his place. And all this is being prepared in the West,” said Sergey Kurginyan.
On November 7, a rally by the Essence of Time movement in honor of the 102nd anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution took place in Moscow. During the event, speakers not only recalled the events of the revolutionary years, but also reassessed the historical role of this great event, as well as spoke about new challenges to Russia and all of humanity.
