There are serious risks of aggravation of the situation in the south-west of Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on July 19 during a consultation with ambassadors and permanent representatives of the Russian Federation, TASS reports.
According to the President, an open disregard of agreements and reluctance to have a dialogue with their own citizens are being demonstrated over and over again while all scenarios are being devised with through a military solution.
According to Putin, a reason for a possible aggravation is the incompliance of the Ukrainian party with its obligations under Minsk agreements, as well as Kiev’s banal indesire to settle the conflict by political means, a reason for an aggravation.
Lately, Kiev regime constantly reinforces its army units in Donbass and replace Ukranian army soldiers with right-wing radicals. On July 17, Bandera Nazi notorious Right Sector (banned in the Russian Federation) organization announced the formation of its first independent battalion in Donbass.
