November 9 Essence of Time unit in Donbass report (with map)
Oktyabr and Kulikovo on Mariupol direction were continuously shelled by Armed Forces of Ukraine by artillery. Two houses were damaged in Oktyabr village, power supply was disrupted. Due to the absence of bomb shelters a part of local residents were evacuated to nearby safe towns and villages. During the shelled OSCE Mission members were present in the village.
