September 16 Essence of Time unit in Donbass report
During the last week, the Ukrainian army violated ceasefire obligation 1700 times. 1157 artillery shells were fired at the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic. 4 DPR servicemen were killed, 7 peaceful civilians, including 2 children, sustained various degrees of injury.
