DPR emergency services give minibus and gifts for Makeevka orphanage
The minibus belonged to the orphanage for HIV-infected children before the civil war in Donbass and was out of order. Ukrainian authorities never responded to pleas to repair it. A positive response was received only in the times of Donetsk People’s Republic.
