In the course of June 15, sappers of Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) found 110 122mm artillery shells in Yenakievo town, according to the press service of DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations, Donetsk News Agency informs.
Unexploded shells were found when examining Savelovka village near Yenakiyevo town. 31 of them were brought to a special ground for neutralization of explosive objects and neutralized by detonation.
On the same day, a few grenades fired from an anti-tank rocket-propelled grenade launcher and 30mm grenade ammunition VOG-17 were neutralized in Makeevka town and Donetsk city, a cluster munition of multiple launch rocket systems ‘Uragan’ was found and defused in Debaltsevo town.
In the past week sappers of DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations defused over 800 shells, munitions, and other explosive devices in the territory of the Republic.
