Kiev allocated 3 cents of aid to every migrant from the war zone in Donbass

Since Kiev junta unleashed the civil war in Ukraine under the pretense of so-called ‘antiterrorist operation’, millions of Ukrainian citizens left their homes, most of them migrated to Russia. However, people, who have family ties in the central and western regions of the country, as well as those with negative attitudes towards Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, decided to move to the central regions of Ukraine. Here these people faced many problems. According to the media, these internally displaced persons have serious difficulties with employment, which is natural, taking into account the high unemployment in Ukraine. Subsidies allocated by the State allow living from hand to mouth only. These people often are treated negatively by the rest of the population of Ukraine.
