Early in the morning and in the afternoon, Ukrainian artillery shelled Spartak and Zhabichevo villages in the north of Donetsk and Trudovskie village in the west of the city. Sakhanka and Kominternovo villages in the south of Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) were shelled by 120mm and 82mm mortars. In the evening, the enemy launched positional combat of moderate intensity near ‘Yasinovatskiy’ checkpoint and in Zaytsevo village in the north of Gorlovka town.
Over the past day, around 200 shells were fired at the DPR territory. The enemy used mortars, various grenade launchers, and small arms.
DPR Armed Forces reconnaissance spotted the redeployment of foreign mercenaries to the position of the Ukrainian army near Gorlovka. The redeployment of tanks, infantry fighting vehicle, and 120mm mortars was also registered near Logvinovo, on the Gorlovka and south directions.
